Do you think Sir Keir…

  1. …will be replaced as Labour leader?
  2. …should be replaced as Labour leader?

Honestly, I don’t see why we’re waiting for a wipeout. If thinks haven’t improved eight weeks out from the locals, get rid of him and try someone new.

    1. No “Oh, are we doing badly? It must be because our socially right-wing policies are not right-wing enough! Let’s copy a few more things from Farage’s manifesto”

    2. Yeah, but like others have already mentioned, I’m not sure how much it matters now, and I’m not sure who’s left at labour that isn’t part of Starmer’s weird little group.

    1. no

    2. yes, but is there anyone left in labour who would make a decent leader? Richard Burgon is the only one I can think of and he’s made no indication that he wants the job.

Darren Jones is the only one I really trust these days, he seems to be honest and able to communicate effectively.

The bar is so low, yet so many politicians manage to limbo under it.

The person I see talked about as a replacement is Shabana Mahmood. Two problems.

    1. She’s even more Blue Labour than Starmer
    2. Most people don’t know who she is

Yes and yes, but at this stage I don’t think it matters, they have to pretty much reverse every policy decision they’ve made and that’s just not going to happen.

About all we can hope for is for the next PM to be slightly less tone deaf.
