With Debian not being a rolling release id think it is relevant to stay up to date with your container daemon. IMHO.

His argument was that it would help adoption if it was not necessary for the user to go to the terminal. And that is absolutely true when talking about the normal gamer.
Been running it for two months and it’s magic. Also on my deck. Fantastic software.
And this is why I love lemmy. No drama.
If you use a service like GitHub you can make it private but be aware that the Info is still readable by the service provider. Not in a sense that they are gonna steal your idea (unless you invented a way to make good) but something like secrets passwords etc in your code.
I’d go for Codeberg, it’s free as in free speech and beer and is an open source project based on gitea. They are working at a federation protocol to make coop doable but without the need for a centralized provider v
I was lazy and since I don’t need it very often I didn’t really set up anything besides installing the clients on my devices.
That gives you the possibility to connect to your server via the hostname (definable with tailscale) when you connect your device like Our phone with the TS app. Edit the URL in bit warden and you are done.
Using vault warden because I read too much about errors in implementing or design in services like LastPass or (though encrypted) vaults being stolen.
Bit warden client on Android lets you sync (ie LAN) and then use it as a read only database while on the go without a connection.
I recently added tailscale and when I really need a service from home I just flick it on on my phone and I am good
Works like a charm.
I did. Twice this year iirc
Tbh no I am not sure for synching. But I thought it was the case there as well.
For me that can be more specific. If I select the offending notification (either in the settings for notifications history or directly in the notification area) I can disable that specific type of notification. For instance deals from Amazon or eBay or something like connection established from tailscale.
Interesting, TIL
Thanks
I like yunohost but I think it is a independent image you install. It might be based on Debian but you start from scratch and don’t add it.
Can you give us some names? Sounds intriguing
Check out ventoy
Oh those are not the same?! TIL. Just thought they made it more convenient.
