I am using the open source amdgpu driver. It’s the one that’s built into the kernel. I have tried multiple different versions of Proton both official and unofficial. I think this game is cursed to never work without trippy menus.

Update, I removed those packages as they made everything worse and even broke several other games.

Apparently it’s playable once you get into the game. That’s if you’re willing to blindly fumble through menus. I am not and I imagine most are not.

I tried that along with GE Proton to no avail sadly.

I installed the packages vulkan-radeon and lib32-vulkan-radeon just in case. Now I’m just getting a black screen with this game. I’ll keep testing.

You can always reinstall GRUB with Super GRUB2 Disk.

I don’t play these types of games either. I tried playing it with my sister and it just wasn’t my thing. I only play single player titles. Linux lets me play all the games I’d care to, with the exception of some really old games for Windows 95, 98, and XP.

Thank you! It seems this whole thing was a misunderstanding however. It was an error on Bitwarden’s part that they intend to correct. I may still switch to kepassxc later on, mostly to save the money.

Strawberry is really great. It’s the only music player I use anymore. Only bummer is no DSD support. I get it though. There isn’t enough developers to maintain such a thing.

Deepin looks gross lol. What I mean is it only looks good with its own apps. KDE apps look horrible on it and GNOME apps don’t look great either. I don’t know how anyone uses Deepin. I get taste is subjective but it feels half finished.

I used Manjaro for about a year and I never will again. Things just seemed to break seemingly without explanation. I switched to endeavourOS and have been using it for over 2 years. I haven’t had any where near the number of issues with eos as I did with Manjaro. It just seems so much more stable. Maybe it’s just me or my hardware configuration or something.
