It could be, but I imagine the reported capabilities would be limited by the connected devices. So if your phone doesn’t support USB SuperSpeed 80gbit/s, it wouldn’t be detected by the app.
You can go to the desktop mode and install the GOG launcher. Then after installing your games, open Steam and add the games as non-Steam games. They’ll show up in game mode as well.
The Heroic Launcher can add your games from GOG, EGS, and some others iirc to Steam automatically. I believe there are other, supposedly better options too, but I can’t remember the name(s) right now. Also don’t remember what (if anything) was wrong with Heroic.
Having never used this software before, my guess would be your VPS provider is limiting the upload speed of the VPS. The data would be uploaded slowly to you, which means your download speed is limited as the client.
Meanwhile the upload speed is reported as being high enough, since the VPS can download your data at 50mbit/s, as this cap is higher.
90% of the time apps would not even install or update for me. It was immensely annoying if I wanted to just send a quick message on WhatsApp, but I had to update, and then the update didn’t work. It just gets stuck on 99% completed for eternity.
FSR1 doesn’t have frame gen though, which is what the commenter wishes for.
If the CPU isn’t reporting 100% usage, is it running multicore? There’s a setting in Cyberpunk to switch between single and multi core modes. This may help.
Wooting has options for emulating controller inputs, like joystick axis and triggers. The default is a binary toggle for which the actuation can be changed, though. Makes sense in regard to typing and such.
