Neat. My knowledge is based on data from a long time ago since I haven’t really messed with stuff for a while. Got caught up in life and all.

I thought back in the day, Metadata couldn’t be modified which is what led a lot of things to be evidence in courts. Like, timestamps of photos and geo data
The problem is that the physical keyboard takes permanent real estate whereas the software keyboard can come and go, to allow for full screen applications.

Does that count for when an OS is wiped and reinstalled or a nerd has like 3 computers and keeps OS flipping?
You are probably right. I’m nowhere near experienced enough to know. I started using a new flavor that I enjoy and it turns out it’s a branch of debian (according to a friend).
Ubuntu allows users to do things. Debian GNOME made me feel locked up and restricted.
If you can install windows, you can install Linux. Easy distro are Ubuntu or maybe Mint. Medium may be fedora or something.
I might get hate but Fuck gnome and debian. Debian is solid af don’t get me wrong but Holy hell it feels like the Apple of Linux.
Uh… Tux Racer if it’s still on there.
What if my experience is 0 but I want to go this route?
In my experience, installation of Win or Lin has been pretty easy. Lin has less options to opt out of (I like) than windows, but windows set everything up just fine. The only time I ever had issues on either is if I try to install without an active ether net connected. If I don’t have the os update during install, I run into random driver issues on either os.
If plex counts… Then also me. I work in retail. I can’t escape. I have a degree in tech, but not enough work experience.
