I’m ok with dropping a few bucks if I like them, but monthly is just more bills to worry about. Dropping $20 once is a lot easier than drip feeding it over a year and hoping I remember to manage it. It also comes with the expectations of delivery/trade vs buying the dude lunch.

Ohh, Dwarf Fortress is a good one too. The Steam version is a bit more approchable since it now has graphics.

Both OS are on different drives so the boot loaders don’t see eachother. I don’t trust Window not to fuck up my entire drive. I got to select the drive from my BIOS every time. I may just pull the SATA cable unless my ass hat friends want to play league.

Not sure how to check, still fairly new.

I did notice the temperatures though. The card normally idles at 30-40c having anything open after a while will have it cooking at 75ish. I would expect it to be in the 50s after a few hours of youtube, or pushing 90-100 gaming. No issues on the Windows half of the install. From what I could piece together it dose seem to be related to Wayland and the drivers. I was thinking of waiting till Nobara updates and hope it goes away.

Seems if I have anything opened and on screen like firefox or the file browser, it gets toasty.

I’m never daily driving Windows again, but im not sure if I will ever be free of dual booting for some games.

Dose this mean using the desktop at all will not take half my GPU?
