They didn’t necessarily keep them in check, but maybe kept growth slower Initially. However this is not my area, so take it with as much salt as you’d like.

I don’t begrudge Europe for doing this and they should absolutely keep going this direction but they are going to start sucking even more out of US users. Maybe it will help us move forward.

That’s great. Does it work out how it’s intended to work?

I think what often works for me is switching proton, but it’s something specific - I think it’s set the proton to one that works in desktop then change it to a different proton, but don’t test it and it works in game mode. I forget where I got that.

I’m saying a rich person would probably be able to get around this

Because I didn’t know about them. Thanks, I’ll take a look. Any best suggestions?

No stay at home parents or trophy spouses then.
I’m sure that applies to rich people too. /s

The switch has brand recognition, loyalty from decades ago, and ease of use (for the less tech savvy).
yes ideally, or your kids can ignore the store and just play with friends (if they can’t play java)
how easy is setup for Geyser?

What kind of games do you play? that will help the decision. I’ve personally never run into performance issue, but there are people who have, or care more.

I think I bought a knockoff brand but these are great and just make it easier to press the back buttons, even if you don’t have small hands.
It depends what you play. Strategy games benefit from the touchpads as mice.
Also I sometimes use the touchpads for touch menus.

It got me when there was gta with a horse and cart, and an assassins creed section

How large are they, because I like to explore a lot.

I hadn’t heard of the Lenovo go and it actually looks decent. It can be used as a real mouse with detachable “joycons”. I’m not going to buy one because I’m plenty happy with my Steam deck and don’t want the default to be windows, but otherwise looks like a good option

It should only be applicable to new sales. Old sales should function the same as before.
Thanks for your edit. I did run into that problem, but you gave me a better starting point! probably saved me hours of frustrated searching.
My solution, if anyone else needs this, was to install winetricks (through the discovery store) > and install xact_64 for the game (Install a Windows DLL or component). I mostly followed this tutorial and used xact_64 instead of whatever they said. And I did install FO4 through heroic the first time.
Yeah, fallout isn’t that complicated. I’ve configured a number of keyboard strategy games, so this should be easy compared to those if I go that route. Thanks.
Yes, this is what I meant.
Or just they make this much money so to continue making this amount they have to up prices somehow.
