The first one didn’t sell that well, so doubt it. Which is a shame, since it’s the best controller I ever had. If they removed the buttons and put in a joystick (or removed the right Gaben nipple) it would’ve been perfect.

Yeah, the basic laws for privacy.
Was there ever a hetero person seeking asylum that had to give their sex tape to a shitty official?
Decimation is a punishment when every tenth person was killed. Not every tenth person surviving.
Who tests the useless survey? Everyone with regression tests. Like dude, everything you talk about has been written “in blood” from years of hosting production systems. If the useless survey is needed, then write a test for it, or a testcase to manually try it. Don’t just upgrade, see that the app is up and push to prod, that’s not testing, that’s asking for trouble.
Cool. Do you trust a random catering company to get it right for millions of students? To maintain the exact diet that’s needed to get every nutrient, at a kitchen that hires random cooks and asks them to make food for 200 people at a time?
In reality, cooking a meat based meal is easy, fast and scalable. Cooking a plant-based one and only doing that isn’t. There is a reason why laws exist - and this one exists because they were cheapening out and serving substandard meals. So they made it mandatory to at least contain some protein in the form of meat.
Okay, let’s be angry at the company and frown a lot at what happened. Gurr, bad company, evil.
And now think of what you’d rather have - a working system, or a reason to be angry? If you have something that integrated with something else, lock it down at a specific version so you control the upgrade and know those versions work 100% of the time together. “Latest” is just asking for trouble - be it in a docker image, in dependencies or elsewhere. It’s absolutely not a “best practice” if it isn’t even a code smell or an outright bug. You could’ve had a slightly outdated version, which won’t be “exploitable” - you wouldn’t have enough time to exploit anything in that time, especially with smaller companies and obscure exploits.
Instead of putting out the fire, you could’ve been now looking into the upgrade, seeing on UAT or Test or whatever that forms aren’t supported, chilling till they are supported or complaining that they aren’t.
Upgrades breaking shit is like programming / devops 101, and a huge reason for technical debt in very old projects. Leaving all that to chance is just irressponsible.
Except you say that there is universal gain from allowing dishes to not contain meat. When there is not, if it isn’t even worse. So now the lowest bidder will simply give you a less nutritious meal because they care about money not the students. And this is exactly why a law like this existed. So that a catering company won’t just feed people potatoes mixed with potatoes 100% of the time.
But it will give advantage to his company directly. Like, honestly, I don’t know if you just want to push some narrative but there is an obvious conflict of interest that you are dismissing without addressing it.
Personal gain is when you yourself profit from something way more than other people do. In this case - getting boatloads of money for something that ultimately doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
Rule of meat being served to be changed for his company to then cater more food that doesn’t have meat in it. I don’t know how you don’t see the obvious conflict of interest of a dude with a vegan catering company who supplies schools pushing for more vegan meals in schools.
Builders won’t be military classified. You can’t make a project hiring hundreds of people and not expect anyone to talk about it. Even if they magically stay silent, people around town will know. You can’t hide cement trucks going off to Bumfuq Nowhere from gossiping people.
Locations of bases are public knowledge. You won’t hide a missile silo from the company that built it. You won’t hide military activity etc.
Disinterested means impartial. Uninterested means boring.
If you went to class you could be top 5.
It’s a problem with all plastics. Holes are stress concentrations. With the plastic flowing around it, two plastic “fronts” meet in the middle and need to meld into one piece. That spot is usually around 70 -80% strength in there. Add in the stress riser I mentioned earlier, and cracking happens. Same thing on sharp angles.
It would fuck up the environment with butts like it always has. Cigs are shit for the environment, birds eat them and die and they’re everywhere. Can’t wait for them to completely die out.
