Dang. I tried for a bit to get it working, but I couldn’t get it over 20 fps
VR on linux is scuffed. https://lvra.gitlab.io/ refer to this site for vr on linux. If you play VRchat, its pretty much unplayable in vr on linux, its literally somehow a better experience on quest standalone

Vocal synths and regular synths would make synthesized content in a sense. And they would be provided by music streaming services. Hopefully its more well defined in the actual law.

Would vocaloids be considered ai generated? I saw a notice under the latest taiko game on steam that mentioned ai generated audio which was referring to vocaloids and other vocal synths.

Its talking about using the V80 fpga from amd, which released in 2024 and costs 10k. Unless I’m misunderstanding something about the article? I do think its a good breakthrough being able to use an fpga like this though.

It’s a design choice, not something that gets fixed. It would be nice to be able to type in the name of the package and it looks for the package like in flatpak remove and install though.
I’m willing to bet that most games that use mouse mode will have to use the face buttons and control stick on the mouse con. Metroid prime 4 apparently does this. So its not replacable with a standard mouse.
I think the joy con can also sense rotation of the mouse which is used in mario party and probably never again like the ir sensor from switch 1 joycons. I guess a hypothetical 3d mario maker could let you rotate blocks with it, but that could be done in many other ways.
